In line with the company’s vision of being “Endear our company to Employee” Aisin Powertrain (Thailand) Co., Ltd. organized the annual company trip on May 2–3, 2026. The objective of this activity was to strengthen positive relationships between management and employees, providing an opportunity for everyone to spend quality time together while fostering collaboration, unity, and a strong sense of belonging within the organization.
        The event was filled with recreational activities that brought smiles, enjoyment, and memorable experiences to all participants. In the evening, a themed party titled “Luk Thung Fun Fair Festival” added vibrancy to the occasion, featuring creative costumes in a warm and friendly atmosphere inspired by traditional Thai country-style celebrations and temple fairs.
        This activity not only provided happiness and relaxation for employees but also reflected the company’s commitment to enhancing Employee Engagement. It further promoted mutual care, strong relationships, and sustainable growth together as one organization.
