Production Improvement Engineer ( Kaizen )
Responsibility
1.Coordinates with related Departments. about activities to inform all levels in the company about continuous improvement activities and progress in other plants.
2. Work with organization to identify new process improvement opportunities in the areas of quality and performance (Man hours, Kaizen, Operation Layout, Production Lead time, Sub Material, Manufacturing Availability)
3. Responsible for analysis and coordinates with related Departments to assure appropriate information flow and understanding of overall process improvement direction
4. Supporting continuous improvement and work with cross-functional teams to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time, resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction.
5. Manage production improvement activity & Follow up progress though standard file (Kaizen , Suggestion etc.).
6. Design Production process to improve Productivity.

Qualification
- Male / Female age between 22- 35 years up.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
- Experience more than 0 - 7 years in Automotive parts.
- Knowledge of Kaizen , TPS , TQM , QCC activity and Toyota 3 pillar Concept.
- Knowledge of basic measurement tool ( Vernier Caliper , Micro Meter )
- Knowledge of automation technology Robot systems.
- Knowledgeable in system ISO/IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 , PFMEA, and Control Plan.
- Have the ability to use the AutoCAD and 2D CAD program.
- Good command of English and good computer proficiency.
