IT Section Manager

Management IT Security and IT Fixed Assets.
To manage and Control KPI, IT budget, IT action plan.
To manage IT Hardware & software Support & IT Infra Support / Maintenance.
Set up Application Support / Maintenance.
Set up and review the IT rules and Regulations.
Provide knowledge about IT rules and regulations according to company concept.
Manage and control ATSG check sheet and J-SOX of AIPT.
Manage and control IT management sheet IP address, Mac address, Web site block off, Mail group address, File server access, each system license.
Manage, Control, Report IT Fixed Assets Inventory.
Manage and Control Plan for Maintenance / Support IT Infra and Application.
Manage Daily, Monthly, Yearly and IT Project.
To Summarize Daily, Monthly, Yearly IT Project & Support Report to Top management
Report and inform information from Aisin group meeting.
Follow to Company Policy, Rules and Regulation.
To establish and maintain good relationship and good cooperate of all employees.
Maintain discipline within his / her section according to Company Policy, Rule and Regulation.
To establish and maintain Quality, Environmental and Safety Awareness.
Response and manage employees or subordinate according to safety legal requirement.
To do the others jobs ordered from the superiors or commander.
